Better late then never. Here are some of the photos from the exhibition last week. Work by the departments of Fine Art, Photography and Fashion Design. It was well over 150 people there I would guess and the artists deserved the praise they got. A fun night. I wish there were more exhibitions in this country.

Set up

I am very excited about tonight's opening of the Punk Exhibition. It is being set up and should look great when the doors are opening at 20.00 tonight. I hope to see many people there. My brother, the very talented artist - Micke - is displaying a 3D work of his thoughts on punk movement. I will post more photos tomorrow so if you don't have the chance to come tonight, drop in here tomorrow to see the work of tomorrows big artists!

Art Exhibition

If you are in Cyprus this week I recommend you to head to Apothikes in Larnaka where the exhibition Punk Movement 2014 will take place on Wednesday. 

The students of Alexander College/ University of the West of England will exhibit their work of how they see the Punk Movement today and I am sure it will be an awesome night. It starts at 20.00 and tickets are only 2 euros.

Lucawi is born

It is an amazing feeling to wake up every morning knowing that what you will work with all day is exactly what you Want to do. I´v had so many different jobs that were uninspiring and dull, yes sure they payed the bills but it was not enough for me. I wanted a job that would make me bounce out of bed in the mornings. Deep down inside I knew exactly what that job was. Design. Creativity. Imagination. D e s i g n.

So one day I decided that it was time. I applied to University and now - 4 years later - I am the proud holder of a BA Honors Degree in Interior Design, with a First Class Degree and a Designer of the Year Award (2013). Design blows my mind every day and I could not imagine working with something else.

I am currently studying at University of the West of England for a Masters degree in Interior Design which I hope to have completed in September 2014.

Now to the really amazing part.
I have just started up my design studio and I am thrilled to say I have all ready got two jobs that I am currently working on. One is residential and one is retail design.
